About this piece
Your favourite face, with a classical twist. We turn your photo into a personalised portrait planter inspired by Greek and Roman busts. A familiar face for a favourite corner of the house.
Made in cement with a stone-like finish, each planter combines a portrait based on your photo with sculptural classical styling. The planter shown is an example of a completed portrait, alongside the photo it was based on. Your planter will be made around your chosen person.
What you receive
One personalised physical portrait planter, approximately 25 cm tall. The shape and proportions vary with the portrait. Plants and styling accessories are not included.
How it works
- Order your planter and send us your portrait photo.
- We prepare your design and send you a preview.
- Reply within 48 hours of receiving the preview if reasonable amendments are needed. If we have not heard from you within that window, we will proceed with making your planter.
Displaying your planter
The planter has no drainage hole. Use a removable inner pot, take it out for watering and allow it to drain before returning it. An inner pot is not included.
A personal gift for a plant lover, a portrait with a sense of humour, or a little classical character for your own shelf.
Indoor use recommended. Outdoor use has not been tested, so we advise keeping it indoors or in a sheltered spot.
Returns: because this piece is made from your photos or wording, it cannot be cancelled once work starts or returned for a change of mind. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are always covered, and your statutory rights are unaffected. See our refund policy.
Common questions
How many photos can I upload?
Upload 1 to 5 clear photographs. A front view and useful side angles provide the strongest reference.
Will I see a preview?
We email you a design preview before we make your planter. If you would like a change, reply within 48 hours. If we have not heard from you by then, we go ahead and make it.
What size is it?
Approximately 25 cm tall. Width and depth vary with the portrait.
Does it have drainage?
No. Use a removable inner pot, remove it for watering and allow it to drain before returning it.
