Shipping policy

Every physical piece is made to order and dispatched in around 7 working days. UK delivery is free on every order.

Making time

Physical pieces are made to order and dispatched in around 7 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, not bank holidays. Delivery time is added on top.

For custom busts, the making time starts once we have your photos and details. Check the product page for any timing specific to that piece, and contact us before ordering if you need it by a certain date. Digital gift cards are delivered by email and don't need shipping.

UK delivery

UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend and no code needed. We use Royal Mail Tracked and email you the dispatch details when your parcel leaves us.

International delivery

Where checkout offers international delivery to your address, Royal Mail International Tracked is £20.20 on orders under £40 and free on orders of £40 or more. Your final order total is shown at checkout before you pay.

The destination country may charge customs duties, import taxes or handling fees. These are controlled by local authorities and carriers, not by Ripleys Nest.

Delivery timing

Physical orders first need the making time shown on the product page or agreed with you. Any delivery estimate for an available service is shown at checkout or in the dispatch information. Unless we agree a different period with you, goods will be delivered within 30 days.

Damaged, faulty or delayed orders

If a piece arrives damaged or faulty, email hello@ripleysnest.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the piece and its packaging, as soon as you can. If tracking hasn't updated or your parcel hasn't arrived, email us with the order number. We'll look into what happened and explain the next step. Your statutory rights still apply.

Address changes

Email us as soon as you can if a delivery address needs to change. We can't guarantee an address change once an order is being processed or has been dispatched.
