About this piece
A cactus rat hide available as a round cactus, tall cactus or two-piece cactus set.
Each enclosed cactus form gives rats a covered place to sleep and retreat while creating a playful desert-themed cage. Metal fittings for standard wire cage bars are included.

Wipe with a damp cloth and allow each piece to dry fully before returning it to the cage. Check the fittings and edges during normal cage cleans and remove a hide if it becomes damaged, rough or heavily chewed.

How it fixes: a headless bolt screws into a threaded metal insert in the piece, goes through the cage and is held on the outside with washers and a wing nut, so it tightens by hand. Fits cage bars up to about 2.5 cm (1 in).
