Making time

Every physical piece is made to order and dispatched in around 7 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, not bank holidays. Delivery time is added on top.

For a custom bust, the 7 days start once we have your photos and details. Some pieces give their own timing on the product page. If you need it by a certain date, message us before you order.

Digital gift cards arrive by email, so there is nothing to post.

UK delivery

UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend and no code needed. We send it Royal Mail Tracked and email you the dispatch details when your parcel leaves us.

International delivery

Where checkout offers delivery to your address, we send it Royal Mail International Tracked. This is £20.20 on orders under £40 and free on orders of £40 or more.

Your country may charge customs duties, import taxes or handling fees. These are set by local authorities and carriers, not by Ripleys Nest.

Your full order total is shown at checkout before you pay.

When it arrives

Your order first needs the making time shown on the product page, or the time we agreed with you. Any delivery estimate for your service is shown at checkout or in your dispatch email. Unless we agree a different date with you, your order will be delivered within 30 days.

Damaged, faulty or delayed

If a piece arrives damaged or faulty, email hello@ripleysnest.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the piece and its packaging, as soon as you can.

If tracking hasn't moved or your parcel hasn't arrived, email us with the order number. We'll look into what happened and tell you the next step. Your statutory rights still apply.

Changing your address

Email us as soon as you can if the delivery address needs to change. We can't promise to change it once your order is being processed or has been dispatched.
